Ladies<\/strong> Clothes<\/strong> Exchange<\/strong> Evening<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Friday, 3rd<\/sup> November 2017 from 7pm, <\/strong><\/p>\n

with licensed bar, guest stalls and raffle!<\/p>\n

Entrance Cost and Tickets:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Entrance costs \u00a35 and includes a glass of prosecco or soft drink.<\/p>\n

Tickets are available in advance from the Church Office during office hours, or from the Exchange Evening organisers: Claire Thomas, Gisele Taylor, Rachel Norris, Sarah Farley, Suzy Kopik or Kate Hayes.<\/p>\n

You can also pay on the door.<\/p>\n

If you are able to donate any clothes items or accessories, you will be given one token to exchange for one<\/strong> item of clothing or accessory in the first round of swishing.
\nWe would like to sort and organise any donated items before the event, so if you can, please drop-off any clothes or accessories in a bag marked \u201cGet Swishing\u201d to the church office or events team as above, between Monday 16th October and<\/strong>\u00a0Wednesday 1st<\/sup> November<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you are not able to donate any items, you are still welcome to buy a ticket and come along to enjoy the bar, guest stalls, raffle and a fun evening with your friends! You will also have an opportunity to pick up items in the second round of swishing, for a donation to the ARC project.<\/p>\n

Format of the evening:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Doors and Bar Open: 7pm
\nBrowsing Time until around 8pm, with Stylist on hand for advice!
\n8-8:30pm Those with tokens, exchange your token for your first item.
\n8:30pm on: Hall re-opens for second round of browsing open to everyone. Please give a donation for anything additional you choose. \u201cIf you like what you\u2019ve got, put some money in the pot\u201d!
\n9:30pm: Auction and Raffle Draw

      1. Please donate good quality, clean<\/strong> items of clothing, which includes bags, scarves, belts, jewellery and shoes. If you don\u2019t wear it, you may as well Swish it!<\/em><\/li>\n
      2. We request that you do not donate the following items: damaged items, swimwear, underwear, nightwear or earrings.<\/em><\/li>\n
      3. You will have time to browse the clothes on the night but no one can claim items as their own before the swishing bell rings at 8:30pm.<\/em><\/li>\n
      4. Please be kind to each other, we don\u2019t want any tussles, hissy fits or fallings outs! Organisers will be on hand to adjudicate decisions with the toss of a coin.<\/em><\/li>\n
      5. Everything given to the event will be treated as a donation. Some items may be auctioned off during the event, and any leftovers will be used for the benefit of the ClothesBank.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
