The Isaiah 61 Retreat had a purpose of taking time out of our busy lives to focus on rebuild, restore and renew.

The surroundings were beautiful, the company was enlightening and the subject matter was inspiring.  We are all oaks of righteousness and we can and will be a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendour (Isaiah 61:3)

The day started at 10am with prayer and talks intertwined with times of fellowship and walking around the beautiful grounds in solitude or together.  The tea, coffee and cakes were fantastic and available throughout the day.  The formal(ish) part finished with lunch and then a few oaks of righteousness went for a dip in the pool while others relaxed and chatted.  The day finished at 3pm.

A huge thank you to the team that put the Retreat together: Jacqui, Liz and Gisele.  Any proceeds are to go to the ARC Project.

Please can we do it again soon?

God Bless
