Find out more about what’s going on at this special space and how you can help…

The cemetery at Stubbs Hill was consecrated in 1888 and has been in use since for the burial of anyone who resides within our Parish. As the top field is full, the bottom field is now in use and anyone visiting recently will have observed that the site needs some attention and updates…

Our fabric team have drawn up proposals for much needed repairs to the current path and the installation of a new path into and around the lower field to improve both general and disabled access. There are also fixes required on the porch and the water supply, and plans to introduce new signage to try and stop the current levels of rubbish left around the area.

We hope you’ll all agree that this work is necessary in order to revive this place which is so special to many and while we have some funding in place, more is required to complete it all.

We’ve set up a GoFundMe Campaign to help with this project and would appreciate anything you are able to contribute to the work.
